Guess what’s the worst idea ever? Macy’s 3 days before Christmas.

I shudder just looking at the photo. No thank you. (Also, tourists, I love you. I realize that you are vital to NYC’s economy, even if I roll my eyes because you walk so darn slow. But this city has SO MUCH MORE TO OFFER than Macy’s. For serious.)

almost as bad (if not worse) as rockefeller center yesterday when i went to buy chocolate for my mom from teuscher (not a do-able early errand) and every single tourist in the city was walking out of radio city music hall taking pictures of the tree with their cell phones. oof.

this makes me not miss NYC so much

Haha…I love these comments. My favorite thing to do around these times was be like - okay, you want to see New Yorkers, I’ll give you a New Yorker - and I’d plow through the crowds in my bitchiest NY attitude possible.
