I ordered my dress from the Little Black Dress sale two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. I emailed you Monday and you said it was in the warehouse being prepped for shipment. I never got a confirmation, so I emailed you again yesterday to find out the dilly. You apologized greatly and said you would find out the dilly. I didn’t hear anything else about the dilly.

Seriously, what’s the dilly!? I have the high holy days coming up! I wanna look nice for temple!
